About the ELPRO 925U-2
The 925U-2 has the power and flexibility to perform reliably in sprawling harsh industrial environments because the 900MHz & 868MHz Unlicensed Frequency Hopping wireless transceiver supports over the-air Ethernet protocols.
The highest level of data integrity and protection against malicious attacks is ensured by giving the user the ability to implement secure AES encryption, advanced IP filtering, multilevel authentication, user access and change event logging.
Connectivity challenges today and in the future are covered by flexible native Ethernet support. Industrial protocols including Modbus TCP/RTU and DNP3 I/O, MQTT +Sparkplug B also receive Ethernet and serial gateway support with the ELPRO 925U-2. The challenges of obstructed paths can be easily and reliably overcome by the use of automatic path selection which allows the communications network to adapt to changes easily with redundancy. The Condor series 925U-2 ProMesh™ operates reliably in this situation.
A firmware upgrade provides compatibility with the legacy 915U-2s.
